Es un reconocido autor y orador en conferencias de Oracle a nivel mundial. Fundó LAOUC y es presidente de varios grupos de usuarios de Oracle en Chile, APAC, Australia, Singapur y Nueva Zelanda. Trabajó en el primer equipo que introdujo Oracle en Sudamérica y se convirtió en el primer administrador de base de datos Master Oracle 7 en América del Sur. 

Recibió un doble ACE de Oracle HQ y el premio Editor's Choice Award de Oracle Magazine en 2010 por sus logros destacados. Actualmente, trabaja para Oracle, como Gerente Distinguido de Producto para Arquitectura de Máxima Disponibilidad (MAA) e Inteligencia Competitiva. 

Richard Martens has been involved in information technology for more than 23 years. He started as a web developer using the Oracle database as no more than data storage. Richard has been responsible for major European multilingual websites and has been working with the Oracle database since 2000. During those years, he developed himself using a multitude of technologies and specialised in PL/SQL and Oracle APEX. With APEX, he combines the things he loves most: the Oracle database and web technologies. Richard is a board member of the smart4apex cooperative.

Rita Nuñez is an Oracle Cloud Database, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing Specialist. University Graduated as a Systems Engineer. Instructor of Oracle University. She is the Co-Founder and CEO of Tecnix Solutions. She collaborates with the Oracle Community by writing articles for OTN, tweeting Oracle news as @ritan2000, and giving presentations at Oracle events since 2013 in almost all Latinoamerican countries. She has also given presentations at Oracle Code Buenos Aires 2018, Oracle Code Paris 2018, Oracle OpenWorld 2016 and 2017, and she has presented at Oracle ACE Nordic Tour Oct 2019 (Copenhague, Oslo, Helsinki, Stockholm). She is a member of the board of Directors of ArOUG.

Rodrigo de Araujo Jorge is a Distinguished Product Manager and Certified Oracle Professional (OCM 12c, 11g, MAA & Cloud, Ex ACE Director, OCE Data Guard & RAC & Performance Tuning, OCS Security & DW) with more than 15 years of industrial experience in Oracle high end technologies, since Oracle RDBMS version 8i. He has been involved with multi platform High Availability Solutions as well as complex multiple nodes RAC implementations on AIX, Linux, Solaris and HPUX. He has experience in deploying disaster recovery solutions compliant to Oracle MAA.

As a former employee of Ipiranga, Capgemini, IBM, Amdocs and Accenture Enkitec Group, providing services to hundreds of companies, acted in several projects for enabling high availability RAC/DG systems to support ERP, CRM, HRMS e MRP, end to end performance tuning, backup and disaster recovery solutions and maximum security to name a few. Presently he is working as a Distinguished Product Manager in the Upgrades, Migrations, Patching and Utilities team.

As Senior Principal Product Manager for APEX, Jayson Hanes is in his 8th year working at Oracle and has been using APEX for many years. Jayson works closely with the core APEX product development team, and supports many internal Oracle LOB and external customer APEX development teams. Jayson continuously endeavors to learn about customer-use cases and requirements to effectively better understand how to help shape future releases of APEX.

With 20 years of experience in IT, I have spent the past 18 years specializing in Oracle Database Administration, working with versions from 8i to 26ai and earning multiple certifications (OCA, OCP, OCE, OCS). I am an Oracle GoldenGate Certified Expert with 14 years of hands-on experience, from OGG 10g to 26ai.

The last seven years have focused on Data Engineering, Cloud and IA technologies and tools.
